Integrity and professionalism
Handler & Associates adheres to a strict code of ethics. Our integrity and professionalism enable us to partner with our clients at the highest levels of their organizations and operate as an extension of the company. We take this responsibility seriously and we’re committed to building lasting relationships with the companies and individual clients we serve.
Off limits policy
We will not recruit any person from the client organization, divisions and subsidiaries for two years. Candidates we place with a client are off limits for the duration of their employment with the organization. We disclose limitations arising through service to other clients that may effect the scope of their search.
Client & Candidate Communications
Handler & Associates fosters the relationships between it’s clients and candidates with honesty, objectivity, accuracy and appropriate sense of urgency. We provide clients comprehensive weekly status reports to communicate the progress of each assignment. Prospects and candidates are also kept advised of the status and disposition of their candidacy in a timely fashion.
Guarantees of Placements
As a specialized form of management consulting, executive search may or may not result in a placement. Accordingly, proposals and presentations should not guarantee placement as the inevitable conclusion of a search assignment. However, each search conducted will continue until the appropriate conclusion is reached.
Conflict of interest
Any business or personal relationships between the search consultant and the candidate that might affect, or appear to affect, the consultant’s objectivity in the evaluation of the candidate will be disclosed to the client before presentation of the candidate.
No candidate, once developed and submitted to a client company will be referred to a different client until the original client has fully made a decision on that individual’s candidacy.Contact us for a free consultation and search proposal.
