Lee Panosian is a Partner at Handler & Associates and leads the firm’s technology practice.  Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and strong relationships to Handler. As a global technology leader himself who has worked with remarkable leaders and organizations around the world, Lee has hired and developed top talent across all major disciplines. Reporting managers trust him to instantly understand where the organization needs to go, and to find the right leader for the task and the team.

Panosian’s credentials encompass 33 years of executive leadership at multinational technology companies and include expertise in global sales management, IT strategy, go-to-market initiatives, change management and enterprise information management.

Prior to joining Handler, Lee was Vice President of WW Business Process Services for Hewlett-Packard Co. where he was responsible for HP’s $2.7B global business segment and a team of 18,000 associates spanning 63 countries. Lee’s Go-to-Market organization supported and drove the global sales and delivery operations in the 157 countries where HP operates.

Along with his roles at HP, Lee has held global executive roles at Avaya Inc., Lenovo Group Ltd., NCR Corporation and Dell Inc., where he gained broad business and technical experience in the Financial Services, Retail, Transportation, Communications and Health Care industries.

Lee’s passion is to help others advance personally and professionally, and to support leaders at the best organizations by getting the right people into the right roles to deliver on Handler clients' growth expectations.

Lee earned his bachelor’s degree at St. Norbert College located in his home state, Wisconsin, where he played NAIA Division 3 tennis for all four years and was team Captain his senior year.

A golf enthusiast, Lee serves as a development committee member for East Lake Foundation and helps to oversee its annual division one collegiate East Lake Cup championship.  Lee resides in Alpharetta, GA.
