Handler Announces Controller search on behalf of InformData
ATLANTA, GA. – November 7, 2023
We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for a Controller role within our client organization, InformData.
InformData is the leading wholesale data provider to the background screening industry transforming how Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) help businesses make decisions about their most valuable assets: people. The position will be located at headquarters, in Kennesaw, Georgia.
This financial leader is responsible for the accounting, treasury, tax and compliance functions by managing / enhancing a system of internal financial controls. This includes leadership of the accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general ledger teams, as well as short-term cash forecasting and overall cash management.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting with recent experience as a Controller of a private-equity owned company. We seek a candidate with success in managing ERP systems, including understanding all supporting databases. The successful candidate should be excited to build, inspire, and hold accountable the team of accounting professionals. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong plus.
Education Requirement — A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university; Master’s of Accounting (MA) preferred.
