About Jack

Analyst by day, musician by night

Before I started at Handler in 2017 and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2018, I accepted an offer to participate in the Disney College Program. In Orlando, I worked in the parks to help provide guests with unforgettable “magical” experiences. The Walt Disney Company holds its frontline “cast members” to incredibly high standards when it comes to guest service, and I have been able to take what I learned there and directly apply it to my work at Handler: Anticipating client needs, treating every person and step in the process with the same respect, and creative problem solving allows me to engage in a very close partnership with our clients. I graduated from UGA with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Analytics. So naturally, compiling and sharing “People Analytics” is my favorite part of the job as a Search Analyst.

What a leader worth following means to Jack:

If you spend time thinking about what it means to be a leader worth following, you’re probably on your way to becoming a leader worth following. A true leader is aware of their attributes and pitfalls and can honestly tell themselves and others an accurate picture of who they are.

Meet his dog, Scooter

Scooter is a Maltese-Yorkie mix; Jack’s sister got Scooter (and Chipper!) as a puppy while she was in college. Scooter is a sweetheart and likes to stay by the family’s side all the time. Jack and Laura like to joke that Scooter is Handler’s Chief of Security because he is always on watch in front of a window!
