Handler Announces Senior Electrical/Controls Engineer for Card-Monroe Corporation
ATLANTA, GA. – May 14, 2025
We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for Card-Monroe Company to hire a Senior Electrical/Controls Engineer.
The Senior Electrical/Controls Engineer will support CMC’s growth strategy by leading the development of automation equipment and optimizing our current portfolio of solutions. You will have the opportunity to provide technical and project leadership within Innovative & Development and across department boundaries, throughout all stages of product development and lifecycle management. The value brought by the successful candidate will be crucial to Card-Monroe’s success in its most critical growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead automation equipment design and optimization efforts
- Develop electrical control systems, circuits, and documentation
- Provide hands-on leadership across engineering, sales, and supply chain teams
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in system design and functionality
- Ensure commercial success through testing, training, and cross-functional collaboration
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in engineering (Master’s a plus)
- Strong background in PLCs, servo systems, and automation protocols
- Hands-on experience with complex electro-mechanical systems
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills
- Familiarity with NEC, CE, UL, and industry safety standards
