Handler Announces Executive Assistant Search for Genuine Parts Company

ATLANTA, GA. – September 22, 2026

We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for Genuine Parts Company to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Chief HR Officer at their headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

The incoming Executive Assistant will inherit a well-managed operation, benefit from a structured transition and direct mentorship from the outgoing EA and build strong relationships with a high performing HR leadership team during a pivotal period for the company.

The Ideal Candidate
A polished, highly discreet Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior or C-suite executives in a fast-paced, complex environment. The ideal candidate brings advanced Outlook and PowerPoint capabilities, exceptional judgment in handling confidential matters, and the emotional intelligence to anticipate needs, navigate competing priorities and build trust quickly across a highly collaborative team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience directly supporting senior or C-suite executives in a fast-paced, complex
    organization.
  • Expert-level Outlook skills, including managing highly complex calendars, multiple time zones and large-group
    scheduling.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate executive direction into polished, professional presentations.
  • Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment and professionalism when handling highly confidential HR, organizational
    and executive matters.
  • Experience coordinating complex domestic and international executive travel.
  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new technology quickly; Workday experience
    preferred.

Education Requirement — Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience supporting senior executives will also be
considered.
