As the organization advances its transformation into a more unified and globally integrated business, the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will play a pivotal role in building and scaling its strategic finance function. We are seeking a dynamic financial leader to guide global financial planning and strategy across a business that spans 15 manufacturing sites. This high-impact role will shape the five-year financial roadmap, lead global FP&A operations, and partner with senior leadership to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive financial leadership in a manufacturing environment, supporting business units with revenues of $500M–$750M
  • Expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, performance management, and linking operational data to financial outcomes
  • Strong communicator with a proven ability to present complex financial insights to senior executives and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Highly agile, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent leader who fosters trust, thrives under pressure, and adapts quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Experience in a private equity-backed environment is valued, but not required
  • Willingness to travel 30%, including internationally
