Handler Announces Director of Finance search for Composition Brands

ATLANTA, GA. – April 20, 2026

We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for a Director of Finance for one of our premier clients, Composition Brands. The position is in Buford, Georgia.

The Director of Finance serves as a key business partner to the North America Brand Platform leadership team, translating strategy into actionable financial plans, driving performance accountability, and ensuring disciplined execution. This individual will operate as a core member of the regional leadership team while maintaining strong alignment with corporate finance to ensure consistency in reporting, controls, and capital allocation. As the organization transitions from a carve-out structure to a fully standalone operating model, this leader will play a central role in building a scalable finance function—enhancing financial transparency, strengthening processes, and establishing a best-in-class regional finance organization positioned to support long-term growth.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in financial leadership, with demonstrated success operating in complex, multi-site environments. This individual will combine technical expertise with business partnership capabilities, offering both strategic perspective and hands-on execution to support the organization’s growth and performance objectives.

Additional qualifications include:

  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site operational environments
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership in complex, multi-entity organizations
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance management
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks

Education Requirement — Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.  CPA required
