Handler Announces NAPA Jobber Pricing Manager Search

ATLANTA, GA. – May 13, 2026

We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for NAPA to hire a Jobber Pricing Manager. 

The Jobber Pricing Manager serves as a strategic business partner to independent NAPA store owners, leveraging data analytics, pricing strategy, and consultative relationship management to drive profitability and operational success across an assigned portfolio. This individual analyzes complex data sets, identifies pricing opportunities and business trends, and delivers actionable recommendations that positively impact store performance. In addition to conducting deep-dive business reviews and pricing analysis, the role acts as a trusted advisor to independent owners—helping resolve operational, reporting, inventory, and program-related challenges. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess strong analytical capability, intellectual curiosity, and relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate will bring 4–7+ years of experience in pricing, finance, FP&A, analytics, business consulting, or related analytical functions.

Key Qualifications include:

  • Advanced Excel capabilities required, including experience working with large data sets, data modeling, pivot tables, formulas, and analytical reporting tools
  • Experience leveraging business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations that drive business performance
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to connect data insights across multiple business areas
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, or customer relationships simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships, establish credibility, and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Exposure to distribution, automotive, retail, franchise, dealer, independent operator, or other multi-location business environments preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to varying audiences

    Education Requirement — Bachelor’s degree required
