Handler Announces NAPA Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis Search
ATLANTA, GA. – January 8, 2024
We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for Genuine Parts Company’s “US Automotive Group” to hire a Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. Many know this company under its popular “NAPA” brand.
The Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis plays a key senior leadership role in financial planning and analytical support of NAPA’s diverse operations. This role leads the FP&A staff to manage and actively execute key insight, analysis, and reporting of financial and managerial information, on both a GAAP and operational basis, to support strategic and management decision making.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years of progressive experience in managerial finance, financial analysis, and/or financial reporting working in a publicly traded company with revenue of $3 billion+.
We seek a financial planning and analysis expert who embodies a growth and transformational mindset while demonstrating sound judgment, humility, and honesty. This individual will align seamlessly with NAPA’s corporate culture, which emphasizes collaborative leadership.
