Handler Announces Outside Sales Manager search for PermaTherm

ATLANTA, GA. – June 23, 2026

We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for PermaTherm to hire an Outside Sales Manager. 

The Outside Sales Manager will play a critical role in accelerating PermaTherm’s expansion within the Commercial and Industrial market—one of the company’s largest growth opportunities. This individual will help strengthen PermaTherm’s position as the only independent insulated metal panel manufacturer in the United States by developing new customer relationships and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of successful outside sales or business development experience within the building products, construction materials, or commercial construction industries. This person must have established industry relationships and a track record of leveraging those relationships to create new business opportunities.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Proven success selling to contractors, design-build firms, installers, erectors, owners, and related commercial construction stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build territories and develop business from the ground up rather than simply manage inherited accounts
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and specification-oriented selling environments, where projects often require six to twelve months from opportunity to revenue realization
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify customers aligned with PermaTherm’s value proposition and culture
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools, preferably Salesforce

Education Requirement – Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, operations, or business-related disciplines preferred
