Atlanta, GA. – September 9, 2025– We are honored to announce Handler’s launch of an internal search for a part-time Strategic Operations Manager for Handler. The Strategic Operations Manager will play a vital role in supporting our leadership and firm operations. This unique position blends executive assistant responsibilities for the CEO with firm-wide administrative and business development support. By ensuring seamless operations and executive support, this role will directly contribute to Handler’s continued growth and success.
Ideal Candidate Profile will include:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems, technically savvy
- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and relationship skills
- Corporate administrative experience required, supporting executives
- High energy, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- College degree in business preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings-confidentiality is key
- Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative activities, ensure compliance with business operations
- Business Development: Working closely with the CEO, scheduling meetings with clients/stakeholders, updating systems to ensure data integrity
- Event Coordination: Assist with internal meetings, external events, and special projects
