Atlanta, GA. – July 21, 2025 We are honored to announce Handler’s launch of a retained search to hire a Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for one of our clients, TEKNIPLEX, a well-established, global manufacturing organization serving both the industrial and consumer markets, this company delivers highly engineered products and solutions used in everyday life across a wide range of sectors.
TekniPlex is seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Fiber to lead financial strategy and execution for its high-priority Fiber business unit. Reporting directly to the VP & GM of Fiber, and serving on the leadership team, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformation—driving post-acquisition integration, establishing scalable financial processes, building a high-performing team, and shaping the strategic direction of a business positioned for accelerated growth.
Key qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive financial leadership in a manufacturing environment, supporting business units with revenues of $200M–$300M
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and performance analysis
- Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and KPI tracking capabilities
- Strong communicator with a proven ability to present complex financial insights to senior executives and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Highly agile, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent leader who fosters trust, thrives under pressure, and adapts quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; experience in multicultural and Mexico-based operations is a plus
- Willingness to travel 25%, including internationally
