As TekniPlex’s Integrated Performance Solutions (IPS) business continues its transformation into a unified global organization, the Sales Account Manager (SAM) plays a critical role in driving profitable growth across the Americas IPS (lining, dispensing, lidding). This position is accountable for expanding sales, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key strategic accounts. By leveraging deep knowledge of IPS product lines, the SAM delivers differentiated, value-added solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Through innovation, strategic account management, and a relentless focus on results, the SAM ensures sustainable revenue growth while elevating TekniPlex’s market presence.

The Sales Account Manager is at the forefront of this transformation, driving sales and profitability, unlocking new markets, and building lasting partnerships with strategic customers. Key qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within the packaging industry
  • Proven ability to drive profitable sales growth, supported by industry knowledge and experience in commercializing new products and services
  • This individual will pair commercial insight with advanced business, technical, and financial expertise, including strong capabilities in pricing strategies, forecasting, and the effective use of modern business tools and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database management tools is expected
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
