ATLANTA, GA. – September 30, 2022
We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for a Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition for one of our premier clients, Wayne-Sanderson Farms. The position is in Oakwood, Georgia and will be a hybrid opportunity.
The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition leader creates and employs talent acquisition strategies to strengthen the organization’s capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet the company’s current and future business objectives. This role supports the implementation of process improvements by continually optimizing existing processes, tools, and vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of management and business partner leadership of progressive HR full cycle recruitment, executive recruitment, and onboarding. He/she possesses current talent acquisition skills across a geographically dispersed, multi-site company. We seek an executive who is a “big picture thinker” and understands vision and strategy but is also hands-on. They must have demonstrated excellence in current state-of-the-art talent acquisition practices and workforce issues, yet capable of displaying practicality and strong financial acumen in the implementation of concepts and focus on the recruitment of a high-volume, hourly workforce.
Education Requirement — Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, required; PHR/SPHR/CIR/PRC certifications, preferred
