Handler Announces VP Manufacturing search for PermaTherm
ATLANTA, GA. – February 3, 2026
We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for PermaTherm to hire a VP Manufacturing .
The Vice President of Manufacturing will hold a critical leadership role within PermaTherm, overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations and plant performance while upholding the company’s core values.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience within a true manufacturing environment, ideally characterized by automation, machinery-driven production, and operational complexity. Experience scaling operations in a high-growth setting is strongly preferred.
This role requires a proven manufacturing leader who has held senior plant or operations responsibility with full P&L ownership. Successful candidates will understand the demands of expanding production capacity, building and developing high-performing teams, and introducing operational rigor—including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices—without disrupting a strong, values-driven culture. Experience in building materials, metal fabrication, structural steel, advanced manufacturing, or adjacent industrial environments is highly relevant, though direct industry experience is not required.
Education Requirement – Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business required, Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferred
