Handler & Associates wants to share a retained search we are conducting for a Head of Sales – Distribution for Habasit America, located in Suwanee, Georgia. The Head of Sales – Distribution will lead and develop the strategy for Distribution both as a sales channel and for specific customers, leveraging this partnership in collaboration with Industry Segment teams to identify and drive existing and new business opportunities to contribute to the long-term growth and profitability of the Company. The position criteria are found below:
Specifically, we seek a candidate:
- With 10+ years of experience in Industrial sales in B2B environments and a minimum overall leadership responsibility of 10 years
- Experience with a company with greater than $50 million in revenue
- Skilled at being a strong collaborator who will lead the sales efforts of the organizations USA region as well as exhibit strong partnership capabilities
The educational requirement is a bachelor’s degree in Business, required. Preferred Masters/ MBA
