Designed for accomplished, entrepreneurial leaders, this model combines the freedom of business ownership with the support of a proven platform.
The Client Partner will operate as independent 1099 partner, leveraging Handler’s full infrastructure—including accounting, billing, technology, marketing, and a refined search methodology developed over four decades. This structure enables professionals to focus on building client relationships, executing searches, and scaling their practice—without the burden of starting from scratch. This is a compelling opportunity for individuals who are energized by entrepreneurship and motivated by unlimited earning potential.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of professional experience in executive search, business leadership, or as an industry or functional specialist with deep professional networks. A demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and generate revenue independently is essential.
