The Client Partner operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, backed by Handler’s full infrastructure—including accounting, billing, technology, marketing, proven search methodology, and a robust referral network.  You’ll have the autonomy to build and grow your business without an extensive off-limits client list or complex corporate protocols. You bring the business, and it’s yours to execute, develop, and grow.

This structure enables executive search professionals to focus on building client relationships, executing searches, and scaling their practice—without the burden of starting from scratch. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of professional experience in executive search, business leadership, or as an industry or functional specialist with deep professional networks. A demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and generate revenue independently is essential.
