Is the story you share about your company and position compelling and exciting? Is it emotional, experiential and memorable?
Our clients’ best stories are often untold. To find them, we ask hiring managers these three questions:
- Why did you join the company and why do you stay?
- What value does your product or service provide to the marketplace?
- What are you excited about over the next year or two relating to the company or this position?
The answers reveal the most interesting and impressive elements of the recruitment story.
Once you have a story to tell, share it with the first candidate until you have an accepted offer.
