About Christi

The Golden Rule is Her Golden Compass

The search business is the ideal career for me as I am focused and results-oriented.  Using my people skills with the ability to identify goals/ priorities, I resolve issues with strong accountability.  I am known at Handler for my enthusiastic attitude and my passion for impacting the lives of hiring managers and candidates. From executive search to hiring all levels of talent, there is no greater excitement for me than to represent our clients in the talent marketplace.

What a leader worth following means to Christi:

A leader is someone that cares about others more than they do about themselves, which makes people naturally want to follow them.

Prior to joining Handler, I devoted the majority of my career to growing 501c3 / non-profits and serving others in Atlanta.  I led student recruitment activities for Atlanta’s Brandon Hall International Boarding and Day School for five years.  Previously, I served three years as a key program administrator for FaithBridge Foster Care supported by Jackson Healthcare. Prior to that, I served for nine years in advancement/fundraising and student recruitment for KRCS, an independent non-profit K-12 school. A graduate of Kennesaw State University, I hold a Bachelor of Business in Marketing.

Meet her dogs, Lilly, Toby, and Jesse

Lilly is a 14-year-old, going on 6-month Maltipoo; she is full of energy and is extremely loyal. She never leaves Christi’s side. Toby, an 8-year-old Chihuahua, is small but mighty — don’t let his size fool you! He is definitely the leader of the pack. Jesse, a Shar Pei/Boxer mix, is 10 years old, and his bark is worse than his bite — he wouldn’t hurt a fly (but he does keep the squirrels in the back yard on their toes).
